Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of the RevenueHunters website and SaaS speech analytics service. The service owner and provider is Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Viktorovich Sirinchuk.
By using the website, submitting a demo request, connecting an integration, or using a customer workspace, the user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Service Purpose
RevenueHunters provides speech analytics tools for sales teams, including communication processing, transcription, depersonalization, dialogue quality assessment, analytics reports, and recommendations.
The exact feature set, processing volume, pricing, timelines, and support level are defined by the applicable agreement, commercial offer, or another document agreed by the parties.
3. Demo Requests and Workspace Access
- The user must provide accurate contact information when submitting a request.
- Customer workspace access is provided only to authorized customer users.
- The user is responsible for keeping login credentials secure and must not share them with third parties.
- If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must notify RevenueHunters.
4. Customer Data
The customer is responsible for the lawful transfer of data to RevenueHunters, including obtaining any required legal grounds, consents, notices, or internal policies for processing communications where such requirements apply.
RevenueHunters processes customer data only to provide the service, support customers, protect the service, and fulfill the agreed arrangements with the customer.
5. Calendar Integrations
If the customer connects Google Calendar or another supported calendar integration, RevenueHunters may use read-only calendar access to find online meeting links and schedule the meeting bot for supported platforms. RevenueHunters does not create, edit, or delete calendar events through the Google Calendar integration.
6. Use Restrictions
- the service must not be used for unlawful personal data processing;
- data must not be transferred to the service if the user has no right to transfer it;
- users must not attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the service;
- users must not copy, modify, or distribute service elements without permission from the right holder.
7. Intellectual Property
Exclusive rights to the website, interfaces, software code, design, texts, analytics methods, and other RevenueHunters elements belong to the right holder or are used lawfully. The user receives a limited right to use the service within the agreed access.
8. Limitation of Liability
RevenueHunters analytics outputs and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee any specific commercial result. The user makes business decisions independently based on reports and other available information.
9. Changes to These Terms
RevenueHunters may update these Terms. The updated version becomes effective when published on the website, unless another effective date is stated in the updated Terms or in a separate agreement with the customer.
