Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy explains how RevenueHunters processes personal data when users visit the website, request a demo, connect supported integrations, or use the RevenueHunters speech analytics service. The personal data operator is Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Viktorovich Sirinchuk.

RevenueHunters may process name, phone number, email address, Telegram/WhatsApp contact, job title, company name, account data, technical identifiers, access logs, agreement information, and support communications.

When RevenueHunters processes data on behalf of customers, it may process meeting or call recordings without permanent storage of source audio files, voice data contained in recordings, communication transcripts, depersonalized communication texts, and automated quality analysis results.

4. Processing on Behalf of Customers

For data provided by customers for speech analytics, RevenueHunters may act as a processor acting on behalf of the relevant personal data operator. Such processing is performed only for the purposes and within the scope defined by the applicable agreement or processing instruction.

RevenueHunters does not perform biometric voice identification and does not create or store voice templates for biometric identification.

5. Integrations and Google Calendar Data

If a user connects Google Calendar, RevenueHunters uses read-only access to identify calendar events that contain supported online meeting links, such as Google Meet, Zoom, Yandex Telemost, or MTS Link. This data is used only to schedule the meeting bot and route the resulting meeting analytics to the correct customer workspace.

RevenueHunters does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it for purposes unrelated to providing the requested calendar integration. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Transfer and Depersonalization

RevenueHunters processes customer data only to provide the service, support customers, and fulfill the applicable agreement. For automated analytics, RevenueHunters may use depersonalized communication texts that do not identify a personal data subject.

The Operator does not perform cross-border transfer of personal data. If the processing procedure changes and cross-border transfer becomes necessary, the Operator will complete the legally required steps before starting such transfer.

7. Security Measures

RevenueHunters applies organizational and technical measures to protect personal data, including access control, user identification and authentication, secure data transmission channels, backup procedures, event logging, server infrastructure access control, credential management, and removal of temporary files.

8. Retention and Data Subject Rights

Personal data is processed until the purposes of processing are achieved, the agreement or processing instruction is terminated, consent is withdrawn where processing is based on consent, a lawful request to stop processing or delete data is received, unlawful processing is identified, or the applicable retention period expires.

Data subjects may request information about the processing of their personal data, request correction, blocking, or deletion of data where legally applicable, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and challenge the actions or inaction of the Operator.
